Here is today's scenario...



  You work with a slacker! He spends much of the day just standing around, on social media, or completely out of sight. At the end of the day, when his work isn't done, a supervisor assigns someone else to do it -- which means this other person needs to stay past his or her scheduled hours while the slacker strolls out the door. How would you handle this situation?
