Here is today's scenario...



  Your co-worker, who happens to be a close friend, asks you to punch his timecard at the end of the shift. He plans to sneak out an hour early to see his child in a school play. As far as you know, he's never done anything like this before and you consider him a generally honest person. How would you handle this situation?
